At the birth of every man, woman and child they make a pact with the parallel world of Tenpar. They swear on a date and time in their future that they will cease to live in the world created for them, and return to Tenpar. In return they are granted greatness befitting their lives length.

A soul agreeing to die at the age of 90 would live a simple life, they could be unhappy, or they might just be… less than they could have been, while a person with greatness, a famous musician, a great actor, or a multi-billion dollar business man would die closer to the age of 27. This said, there are some greats who live to old age.

These people have either made other types of deals, sacrificing mental stability later in life, or giving up one of the children they were destined to have are just a couple of the many stipulations that could have been put forward. These people have either made different deals… or they have cheated, they’ve stolen time from Tenpar. Most of these people never knew they were doing it, but that doesn’t change the fact that they have Debts that need to be repaid.
